Makaan29 offers an exchange option for cases where the product is delivered in the wrong size or is damaged. We facilitate these exchanges free of charge to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

Our exchange policy is applicable to customers who have made purchases at Makaan29.

To be eligible for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:

  • Exchange Request Timeframe: Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Product Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, with packaging intact, and free of damage not caused during shipping.

Exchange Process for Incorrect Size/Damaged Products

If you receive a product in the wrong size or damaged, Makaan29 will exchange the item at no additional cost. To initiate an exchange, please contact us via Instagram DM's at @makaan29.co. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary details for returning the item and receiving the replacement.

Shipping Policy
We use TCS courier service to ship parcels. Delivery timeline is 5-7 working days unless mentioned otherwise underneath a product in description.

When will I get my order?

Dil chahta hai keh we get you your order the next day. But nothing at Makaan29 is mass-produced. Some products can take 2-7 business days, other's can take 10-14 business days. Don't worry, each product has details mentioned in its 'product details.'

Where are your products manufactured?

Everything is assembled in our little office in the outskirts of Lahore. 90% of our products are fully made in Pakistan. 10% of the material is sourced from China but we work with vendors who specialize in custom designs, which is again, assembled in Pakistan.
How much does shipping cost?
